When Stephanie and Justyn moved to Portland from Nashville, they put down roots by rescuing a neglected house. Their 1925 home looked decent from the outside, but inside it begged for help. The couple is gradually updating the house, and energy efficiency is as important to them as refinishing the hardwood floors and painting the dining room.

We were able to give the Baker's a brand new furnace, air conditioner, and tankless water heater. Just with this system the Baker's should save up to 30% without all the insulation that was added to the home.

Channel 12 News came in the morning to do a segment on the home and found the mechanical side of the home incredible; they said they had never seen this kind of setup before.

With the HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) the home can bring in fresh air from outside yet not loss the warm air that the furnace is producing. This allows for incredible savings and a new comfort level to the home.

Continuing on the total home savings and comfort we installed our Pure-Aire system that cleans the air like nothing on the market, combining three different air cleaning products; UV, Merv 16 Filter and Aluminum Oxide plate technology.
