Ok, to get started, click on the “Apply Now” button to the right. The application is just a few easy steps. You’ll need to tell us about your house, enter your heating utility account number and answer the usual loan application questions. Remember to use rebate code "CNBMH" to gain extra incentives. We’ll also ask you to choose a password so your information can be kept safe and sound. But before any of that, make sure your home is eligible.

Is your home eligible?

We wish we could serve every Oregon home from day one, but we need to start somewhere. At this time, CEWO is able to serve homes that meet the following minimum criteria:

1. Located in Clackamas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Lake, Multnomah or Washington County
2. Owned and occupied by you
3. Built before 1993
4. Single-family, detached structure (mobile homes, townhouses or other multi-family dwellings are not yet eligible)
5. Not listed on National Register of Historic Places

In Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties your home must currently (or upon completing CEWO*) be heated with electricity or natural gas from NW Natural, Pacific Power or Portland General Electric

Final application approval depends on financial information, such as income, credit score and utility bill payment history. Final acceptance into CEWO is also contingent upon your free Home Energy Assessment projecting that energy upgrades will result in energy savings of at least 15%.
